I know some people, particularly family members, are interested in this. I promise the flight numbers are accurate this time. My trip to North Carolina involves 5 flights on 4 different airlines, and takes about 36 hours. I'm not going home to Florida yet for another couple weeks, because I'm meeting my family for a vacation.

SAS flight 4117: depart Bodo 5:30 PM, arrive Oslo 7:00 PM
Icelandair flight 325: depart Oslo 9:55 PM, arrive Keflavik, Iceland 10:35 PM (cross 2 time zones)
(Spend night in Hotel Keflavik, http://www.kef.is/en/ --I'm not spending 12 hours at the airport)

Icelandair flight 613: depart Keflavik 10:30 AM, arrive New York-JFK 12:30 PM (cross 4 time zones)
US Airways flight 373: depart New York-JFK 6:15 PM, arrive Charlotte, NC 8:24 PM
